The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 存有缺点，但更存有亮点和勇气，五星鼓励动画人，也鼓励自己。

彩绘动画，七个小短片。故事简单，缓慢讲述，温暖治愈。
小火车那篇，开头小火车摇晃的时候，有一个镜头给到了家里的生活用品。那在暗指四川地震。在片尾最后“有人吗？下面有人吗”跟开头呼应～真的很好的短片
很妙，离童年很近，离童年很远，才看第一个故事就很想回家。
看到第六个故事的时候忍不住喊了出来：终于快结束了
北京电影节看了第二场放映，七个很温暖的小故事，分别也展现了不同的美术风格，超棒~！！！！
七个小故事，虽然主题不同，表现风格不同，但都带着浓浓的中国风以及展现了当前社会上常见的各种问题。每个故事的底色是一致的，是充满爱和温暖的。
看完以后整个人都明亮温暖起来。
很简单的七个故事，却又蛮高的观影门槛。故事淡淡的，没有强烈戏剧化的起伏，而更像是生活的切面，生活不起眼的瞬间，很容易让年纪大一些的观众联想起自己的身边的点滴。个人最喜欢萤火虫女孩柔和的彩铅风格，柔和、跳脱的彩色线条充满梦幻和温馨。影片放映后主创老师讲这些绘本完全是按照导演喜好创作的，没有考虑商业合作。初心纯粹，才能精益求精，打磨出好作品。

电影之后还放映了和之梦对各个导演的采访，一个导演说他会去鬼市淘书信旧物拓宽人生感知来保持自己的创作活力，还说对复杂情绪的认知是成长的开始，这两段话很打动我。

片尾字幕惊现同名中学同学，后来一查貌似还真是！

很高兴听到小配音演员们还能说出纯正地道的方言。
