The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 完成度很高，看完很舒服，然而全是套路，朴实无华的套路。满心期待大提琴跟重金属的结合，还是篇幅太短了。

适合安静地从头看到尾的偏严肃题材，一部劫持人质题材的影片，矛盾点围绕着Umkhonto weSizwe：民族之矛，南非秘密武装组织展开，过程有种懒驴拉磨车的感觉，比起讲故事更喜欢灌意向和种族矛盾，后半部分观感比前半部分好
