The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 故事很老套，直男为破案深入基圈反被“掰弯”，查案查到最后发现其实（省略）。胜在很东欧的冷峻风格和根据波兰真实历史改编。
『人不能对什么都感到恐惧，尤其是为了自由』。爱情觉醒的甜蜜和铁幕阴影下的巨大恐怖，两者强烈的对比更让人觉得意难平，在观感上弥补了一些故事悬疑情节方面的零碎和寡淡。
整件事沒有一個結局導致電影結束我還是怕，怕更多不好的事發生。
本来是想看一个惊险刺激的破案故事，结果没想到意外磕到了一对CP。“我不会丢下你一个人的”，“我会找到你的”。
铁幕下的华沙，铁幕下的爱恋，铁幕下弥漫至今的压抑、炙热、抗争、呐喊、不公……
整部片子的氛围都好压抑啊，但是压抑下又暗情涌动，但又看不到希望地绝望…看完莫名的难受
还是恐同即深柜定律。另外没想到电影还可以。
一部意味不明，重点不明，甚至主题都不明的片子。东欧铁幕下的不自由与窒息氛围完成得很好，但是氛围下的人和故事却显得还是非常刻板与套路。chemistry是有的，但是铺垫完全不够。还有，本片题眼大概是，不要老是害怕，特别是不要害怕自由，但却完全没有在这个主题上有探索最后居然回到了爱情。我真的不是很懂。
对抗强权，体制，迫害以及追求真相和自我
这算什么？？没有结局？？？那个杀了那么多人的秃头高层也没被逮。。。。天哦
老派但应该是今年到现在为止看过的最好的同志片了吧，剧情紧凑且非常有现实意义，两位男主角也很来电，床戏滚得好， 狠狠扇着波兰当局耳光。“半个国家都藏着秘密”，历史和现实惊人相似。

男主的选择太顺撇了，或者导演有意想表达的就是潜意识发现之旅，各方面都很中规中矩
恐同即深柜大概是颠扑不破的永恒真理。看电影学历史。感谢导演搞了个开放式结尾。还有希望。
简单、粗暴，没那么多花花肠子，美式传统野蛮人。
