The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. the whold world is watching！堪比当年看悲惨世界的 do you hear the people sing！但是，怀揣美国梦的爱国者们，我替你们的理想感到可惜，现实的灯塔国用过去这差不多一年的种种，彻底打脸了。左或者右，这是个永远无解的命题，但我相信，自由民主，始终会是对此有所追求的理想主义者们，心中的向往。

节奏非常好，很精彩。我本来是个对历史政治一点都不感兴趣的人。最近通过几部电影，真的感觉自己在这方面缺失，就像一个井底之蛙……
艾伦索金来做这个项目再合适不过：这是个典型的好莱坞作业，但在猛烈的悲壮情绪势在必行的情况下，他插入刻薄、反讽和喜剧式语言寻求平衡，人物群像在回溯事件的交叉念白中得以塑造，唯一的缺憾是法官作为工具人在可能没有更好的存在方式了
太阳底下没有新鲜事，过去发生的未来还会发生。人性如此。

This is splendid cinematography. O how splendid! But somehow the story feels like self-entertainment to and only to an ironic level.
看完情绪激昂的和他讲起60年代美国的民权运动黑人运动反越战性解放讲得唾沫横飞 讲国家权力和freedom of speech的矛盾讲政府机器和媒体的媾合 他耐心的听了半天后说 怎么不见你对自己国家的历史这么有热情有兴趣 我哑口无言。不是我没兴趣也不是我不够热情啊亲爱的

信息量极大。现在看来，过去的辉煌岁月真的太牛逼了，无法复刻。
經歷過去近兩年的種種，再看大家的評論，只能說大家旁觀是看得清，到自己身上卻又迷了。
对话没有含金量，较量不精彩，制作水平中下，剧情拖沓。
