The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 前面略微缓慢，估计是想为轼母的女主黑化与否做铺垫，稍微有点无聊，后半段开始有趣起来，包括真相的解开，女主被捉，以及后来的反杀。给献祭仪式中出现的恶灵造型点个赞。
其实总体都还好，只是确实有点血腥，除了恶心也没啥特点，中规中矩，女主也确实讨厌
除了在一只脚骨折情况下把一个壮男从三楼运到地下室不合理外其它还好！

我好喜欢这种贱贱的片子，女主角真的又烦又帅
女主字面上的坏，这部片子充斥着重口味跟三观不正，最后女主演将所有人绕成歌唱的一遍，还挺创意的
在三星和四星之间纠结了很久，作为恐怖片我真的看了个寂寞，我拿着一瓶酒边喝边，酒不醉人我被镜头晃醉了，作为喜剧片那是有点优秀了，女主角怎么可以这么疯？最后结尾的rap牛逼死了。看完只能用电影最后的车牌号来总结，WTF！
一般，剧情和画面都略显平淡了。老屋子的氛围还是挺有感觉的。
还以为只能祭祀女人呢，最后和大蛾子合作完后，也不展开聊世界观，也不填前面这些鬼魂的坑，整体还这么需要快进，算了吧
有成万的美金，居然还要偷渡到美国，黑人同事三言两语骗钱，杀了这么多女生，以为只收女生祭品，原来男的也收。全场唯一的亮点就是怪物的设计
bfi1廳幾乎坐滿了，大家一起被美國人笑死，觀影體驗不能更好！
《片名诈骗》系列最新力作，名为《行车记录仪》，实际上是网络主播，相当部分戏码甚至不在车内。形式和细节上有一些亮点，比如网络直播评论区刷的弹幕、女主角的疯批MAGA老白右阴谋论者的嘴脸、血浆（和翔，对没看错，是翔，呕呕呕）也撒的足够多，但是整体剧本编排实在太糟了，节奏过慢，叙事不清，可以说整个过程是连环杀手片+超自然鬼片+邪教片三种恐怖片类型的大杂烩，不论是情节之间的过渡衔接还是女主最后的反杀逃生，都太过生硬，难称及格。如果说本片有啥价值，就是给大家赤裸裸展示了一下Rap文化到底是个什么样满的低俗玩意儿。
疯疯的女主还有点可爱
最后的片尾饶舌即兴感很强，很不错！太赞了！
制作精良，但外来移民的主题或者女性的主题，都流于表面，没有深入，甚至还跑题了。
结尾处直播信号恢复，有一条留言是「anne are you ok are you ok anne」。哈哈
这种电影人就看个恶心，你把怪物放到最后，前边看的我都无聊死了。。。还好最后有一点精彩
