The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 看了一下时间，确定这个剧情是2022年的电影不是10多年前的电影。只有画面还是美的
《向着明亮那方》是一部手绘动画短片电影，手绘动画画面可爱，画风灵动，七个不同风格、不同类型、不同立意的小故事都有其发光发亮的看点，是大人小孩都适合的寓教于乐的电影，很喜欢第三个地震灾害后身残志不残而努力向前的小火车，还有方言的故事感觉也不错，每一个小故事都让观众耳目一新。
完全没哭。就是那种很工整的日式绝症纯爱流水线片，不过好在演员都好养眼！坂口健太郎好帅啊啊啊啊！！！怎么说呢，男主角的性格和我想的不太一样，没想到是这么乖巧的大狗狗。
一般吧，剧情推进很平淡，故事整体走向也没有亮点，再加上小松菜奈那温温吞吞、说话犹疑不定的表演，流水账似的走完了整个剧情。
太一般了，几乎同样剧情的电影也太多了，不是说这部烂吧，但同类型的电影已经没有什么新的突破了，毫无特色，就连RADWIMPS的主题曲都很一般。对小松菜奈好感度依旧100+，对男主好感度10。
优点是nana和坂口
为什么偏偏是我呢，大病面前这是要过的第一关；"我不想死"，但是有时候生和死我们都决定不了。片子整体来说太寡淡了，两位cp感不足，演技也一般般。
这部电影中既有幼童式的天真，又有一丝通晓成熟世故后的洒脱与淡然。电影可以说没有一句话是在说爱与美，在说教育，但却没有一句话不是扣紧这个主题的。我同意戴建华老师说过的一句话，不要把小孩子看做智力低下的物种，他们也是人，甚至我们可以说，他们是有着基础判断力的自然人。希望能够在院线看到更多有内涵的作品！
一看开头就能猜到结尾，剧情很平淡，熟悉的日剧跑，熟悉的樱花树，但为什么来看这部电影呢，就是来寻找这种平静而日常，纯爱却有缺憾的感受吧。
没想到竟然更多共情在坂口身上。 后劲儿大在，即使知道结果，我们也选择相爱。
真的非常适合带孩子来看，当我看到第四个故事的时候闺女还在问我第一个小故事的细节：“妈妈小兔子长大了去哪里了？兔子还会骑自行车呀？”孩子的感受是最真实的，引发了她无限的思考，回家后还主动要写篇日记，这电影值了。
手持DV什么牌子啊质量真好用了这么多年。
😭为两人的绝美爱情流泪…… 樱吹雪里相视的两人太有氛围感了RADWIMPS的音乐是主题的升华，nana和坂口小天使太搭了。Be美学果然才是灵魂。
当生命进入倒计时。十年不是准确的时间，是女主得的绝症，最长可活十年。倒计时的人生，除了怨天尤人还可以干嘛？女主选择把自己的故事写成小说，那些与友人的开心时光，与亲人的宝贵回忆，以及，幸运的，与爱人的幸福点滴。可惜的是，与爱人的情感比较波折，不然美好的回忆会更多吧。这是小说改编的电影，小说作者就是女主这样的女孩，可惜她在小说发行前离世了。有相似生病经历和痛苦爱情的观众应该会被感动吧，影评里哭得很厉害的观众不少。不过，这样的剧情无法打动我了。
情绪的转折其实也是情节的转折，几次转折都有点奇怪，感觉莫名其妙，但是前段有一段相机记录里的蒙太奇镜头穿插着茉莉分药的镜头我觉得蛮妙的。整体就是中规中矩好哭的日本煽情爱情生活片，卡司阵容真的强。
中规中矩，就是你看到题材都可以从头猜到结局的电影，也算是给困顿的每一天注入一剂鸡血吧。洋子的歌还是那么好听嘿嘿🙊
她的生命所剩无几，她是身体世界的绝对弱者
摄影技巧和音乐的过度堆砌导致割裂，只有片段是好看的，情感上无法构成整体。大脑要花更多时间处理人物本身以外的东西，就很难去本能地共感了。
