The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 看完发现是《活死人军团》的人物小传！拍的居然还不错，小人物的开头很有好感，中间的破解中规中矩。
这种电影看多了属实有些审美疲劳，不过还挺适合休息放松
比《亡者之师》好看诶，虽然结局没劲，好喜欢女主……世界第一开锁大师设置成德国人就很……( ˙-˙=͟͟͞͞)
其实我个人觉得还算不错，叙事以及各种都还及格吧，但是唯独不喜欢男女主的感情线（毕竟如果不是活死人军团里男主和电锯男的那个唯一的亮点感情线估计也没人会看这个前传，结果又搞个男女感情线真的很败好感…另外，有点冗长，感觉节奏有点问题，重心不太对，但是勉强也能3.5🌟吧。
正传不如小哥进保险柜呢，这部拆了正传里最好看的cp，不过女主真好看啊
动作场面, CG动画都还能看, 但涉及到男主的故事和表演就尴尬了. 而且2021年了, 警察看你掏枪还能忍这种情节我是不能忍.

网飞施奈德宇宙初现雏形。比《活死人军团》fun很多，贯串全片的《尼伯龙根的指环》也挺有意思，或许会和扎导明年的《诸神的黄昏》动画剧集有所交集，等不及要看接下来的《活死人军团：拉斯维加斯的陷落》、《活死人星球》了。期待看到扎导的丧尸宇宙、北欧神话宇宙以及rebelmoon科幻宇宙最终汇集成为一个巨大的Snyder-Verse。
Ich liebe diesen Kerl, Matthias rocks!!!!!!!! 以及开锁让我联想到一个人启蒙的过程，一个个aha moments的串联，就是一个人升维和长智慧的途径。
我觉得挺好的，没去电影院看省了80块钱，必须给个3星而不是2星。
实在不理解一部如此平凡的作品haiyao 拍这种依旧平凡的续作
很水很水，就是不好好讲故事，也可能是被剪辑的面目全非……
屌丝升职记，还有个低配版的狼叔。整个电影像是一个人的意淫，不要期待恐怖情节，丧尸只在梦里和电视中出现过。
有一幕Matt从楼角上变身后蹦下来，很像夜行神龙。童年的回忆。如果拍成那个样子，应该会比这么平庸的SONY版本好看很多，Columbia一直在验证自己不会拍超级英雄电影，跟Warner简直是一对难兄难弟。无论找谁来演，来导，都无比的平庸，甚至让人倒胃口。没错，我就是在说Venom 1+2.
对这样一部故事俗气、剧情老套、逻辑混乱、BUG一堆、文戏弱智的超英电影如果能零预期窝在床上流媒体投屏免费看，就。。。。。勉强能看吧！“橡皮人”莱托少爷值得一星，类蝙蝠雷达特效一星，综合两星，不推荐！从没见到过比电影更难看的彩蛋，为了彩蛋而彩蛋，啥都能硬蹭到“蜘蛛侠”上来，漫威的“多元宇宙”真是给这帮烂编剧们找了个可以胡编乱造的好借口，真是yue了，就像是一坨屎！SHIT！前段时间迪士尼（漫威）还说以后不需要中国大陆市场他们的电影也能大卖。WTF？！我看真是飘了，行，以后你迪士尼（漫威）的电影有种都别再中国大陆上！呸！辣鸡！
一部本该两年前就上的片子，各种延期改档，今日终于看完，真的是说不上来的感觉，仿佛看了一部平行宇宙另一个版本的《毒液》，特效可看但剧情逻辑禁不住深究，bug断层太多。
然而这些都不重要
如此脑残的故事大纲一看就是出自扎克·施耐德之手，直来直去的heist环节蠢萌到哭，夹带的掉书袋私货更像是他被踢出DC以后的怨念，把自己认为很酷的idea甩给不知所措的流媒体用户—-自恋到没谁了。所幸这次没有那么多野心和花花肠子，成本导致的小格局让小马哥有更多时间来展示自己喜剧人的一面，除此之外，别无他物，就这都想有宇宙，扎克你是多想当上帝啊。
我是说在时间就是金钱的抢劫盗窃任务里怎么能安排这么个磨磨唧唧絮絮叨叨站在金库前先热身再科普就是不着急开锁的男主，一看这位是导演，怪不得了。
